Goal weight: 112. my main concern isn't losing weight though. imainly want to get in shape and healthy. and lose the little tummy pouch i have
Diet: i'm only drinking water. snacking on fruits. special K and a side salad for breakfast/dinner, and no bread, tortilla, or junk food.
Exercise: walking/jogging for 20 minutes, at least 150 crunches daily and other (jumping, push ups, etc.)
