Goal weight: 125 lbs
Diet: low calorie, low fat. lots of water and green tea.
Exercise: have a gym at home so i do about an hour a day, or whenever i have time to go in.
i have been struggling with my weight my entire life, i would really love it if i has someone who could motivate me and keep me on the right track :)

i want to start going to the gym more but i have no idea what i'm doing when it comes to weights; do any of you know of good websites with info for beginner lifting routines etc? (especially helpful would be those that are geared toward those of us who might be a little less in shape :))

I am 5 feet 5 inches
I weight 130
My goal weight is 115
I work out 3 hours a day and i'm still fat I NEED HELP!!!
Goal weight: 118-120
Diet: 3 meals a day, a little snacking.
Exercise: Boxing usually monday wednesday friday , walking.
I can never seem to lose weight the more that i try its like the more that i gain =/ i know im not " fat" i just would really love to tone up and get tinyer. Any tips on how to stop the cravings and get rid of the love handles?

Goal weight: 110
Diet: Eating every 4 hours 3 times a day only and having 1200 calories max a day.
Exercise: 45 minutes of a cardio work out video 5 days a week (It's the only exercise I have time for).
I just started my diet today, and it'd be nice to meet other people in my position that are going through what I am, so please add me if you feel like you can relate or want to talk to me :)
Tips and suggestions would be nice too.
